A Clear Message
I lit a candle this morning, anchored my breath, and sat in the stillness and peace residing in me. I created space for a message, and this is what flooded through my mind onto the paper. These words are not new and earth-shattering, just simple reminders for me and maybe for you?
Beloved,
Do not worry and do not fear has long been the message. Those energies create havoc in the mind and body. We are here to teach you how to rebalance, how to love, and how to hold love for yourself. You have the power to choose. Be open to feelings and where they reside within you—feel them and then use the mind. It is a powerful tool to help you remember. Bring yourself back to “do not worry, do not fear”. Meditate on those words and allow your thoughts and feelings to penetrate them. Then have the courage to move beyond stuck energy. Which move feels like the next right step? Which words will help you to remind yourself?
I am guided. I am protected. I am loved. I am safe. I am part of something so much bigger. You fill in the mantra.
Turn on your Light within and see. Truly see. This is a training ground of constant creation, and you are the creator of your environment. Would you like to turn the light on so it shines brighter, change the channel, or tune into something new? Everything is possible. Where attention goes, energy flows.
This is the dream world of creation—endings and new beginnings—chaos creating order.
Nothing here is permanent. Notice the pattern and then create a new one.
Try on a new color, experience a different flavor, and see the world from a new vantage point.
You get to play here. You chose this, and when you remember that you also chose this reality, it becomes a playground of energy. There is nothing that keeps you stuck but your own mind staying in patterns of fear or worry. Notice the patterns. Feel into a new vibration and change the energy. This is consciousness.
You came for this. And so it is.
These words also happened to land on a full moon day, when she is reflecting and shining luminous light on rebirth and renewal. The energy is palpable; take time to be outside and feel it. It is also an eclipse day, 3/3/2026. On the US West Coast, it will be happening around 3ish; some say 3:33. A 7 universal day in numerology. The 3s bring a springlike energy of creation, expression, and curiosity. The 7—the number of Divine intervention—is asking humanity for introspection and curiosity. Nothing is random. It is all part of a higher orchestration of the Absolute Omnipresent Light. We come here as beings of this Light to witness, experience, create, and embody the deep desire of the soul. When we choose high vibrations, we hold and emanate the frequency, creating a counterbalance where it might be needed.
Let’s open up to our higher consciousness, free our patterns, and bring forth the energy of possibility. Let’s replace fear and worry with courage, willingness, acceptance, hope, love, and peace. It all starts from within. Our inner energies reflect our outer experiences. Let’s replace low vibrations by choosing faith in something higher, even if it’s our own consciousness.
