What A Feeling!
Being's Believing
Have you ever had an experience in a dream where you knew you were receiving a deep message and you didn’t want to lose it? That happened to me this past week. I was standing on a steep edge, looking down at the view, marveling at my high vantage point as I gazed over a city, its lights glimmering in the distance. It was hard to make out the details because I was so far above the buildings lying below me.
I wasn’t just at the edge of the cliff; I was elevated above the ground—standing on top of a rolling log, not fully stable and unattached to the earth. I knew this might be a place where the mind could lead some people into fear, yet I stood there grounded with clarity as a song began to emerge.
I listened, feeling into the rhythm of the music. Starting slowly, I recognized the beat immediately and said to whoever I was with, “Oh, I love this song.” I paused to listen, feeling my spirit lift into joy as the harmony contunued.
As the song played, I knew the words held a message. I desperately tried to hold onto the song as I transitioned from sleep to waking, repeating the song over and over so I wouldn’t forget. I immediately wrote it down and looked up the lyrics.
First when there's nothing But a slow glowing dream. That your fear seems to hide Deep inside your mind All alone, I have cried Silent tears full of pride In a world made of steel Made of stone Where I hear the music Close my eyes Feel the rhythm Wrap around Take a hold of my heart What a feeling Being's believing I can have it all Now I'm dancing for my life
Take your passion And make it happen. Pictures come alive You can dance right through your life. Now I hear the music. Close my eyes I am rhythm. In a flash It takes hold of my heart.. What a feeling. Being's believing. I can have it all. Now I'm dancing for my life. Take your passion and make it happen. Pictures come alive. You can dance right through your life. What a feeling. What a feeling (I am music now). Being's believing (I am rhythm now). Pictures come alive. You can dance right through your life. What a feeling (I can really have it all). What a feeling (Pictures come alive when I call). I can have it all (I can really have it all). Have it all. (Pictures come alive when I call) (Call, call, call, call, what a feeling) I can have it all (Being's believing) Being's believing (Take your passion) (Make it happen) Make it happen (What a feeling) What a feeling (Being's believing) Happen (Take your passion)
Of course! The song is the recipe.
It starts in the mind, where low vibrations of fear and pride seep into the emotions, moving through the body. Her connection is only to the world of form—steel and stone—disconnected from the unseen. Yet she pauses, closes her eyes, and listens as the rhythm begins. Rhythm is energy—Spirit, Source, God. Her heart begins to feel the fullness of this healing, and she moves into belief—a high vibrational state. Passion and dreams spill forth, and the feeling of infinite possibility floods her being.
Beingness comes alive as she dances in the present moment. The body becomes a healing vessel of light, fully connected to the highest vibrational frequencies. As she moves, she fills the air with blessings, the soles of her feet tapping the ground send pure love and joy into the earth.
Rhthym brings us into presence. A few years ago I helped lead a group of teens on a retreat to understand their intuition and deeper connection to self and others. One of the themes that came through them was that connection to God came through rhthyms like, running, skiing, and hiking. Maybe for others it’s writing, biking, dancing, or drawing?
What are the rhthyms in your life that bring you joy and connection to Source? Feel into how you connect with the highest vibrational frequency of Light. Let’s connect to our dreams—listen and feel— allowing high vibrations to emerge and move through.
I am teaching a local class on consciousness, focused on helping shift our awareness from lower frequencies to higher frequencies. This workshop is designed to both understand these states and feel how they play out in your own life. With recognition and willingness, you become your own healer.
Gabi Urbani will guide us through rhythm and frequency in a healing sound bath during the final hour. It will be a beautiful way to anchor your expansion.

One of my versions of rhthym is definitely roller skating! Pure Joy!

Great article! I LOVE this picture of you on roller skates. So full of Joy! I was a skater in my early teen years. A lifetime later when I took my daughter skating it all came right back to me.
It’s the best feeling!!
Dance!!!! That’s my meditation, my joy, and also my struggle with perfection. I blame ballet in my youth for the perfection part. Also, I know that song very very well as one of the only VHS videos we had when I was a kid was Flashdance. I can sing every song and *used to* know all the choreography. This post made me smile. And also, we just talked about the dance party vision. Maybe it’s still in creation mode ❤️🔥
